Product Availability

The majority of our products are held in stock and orders are usually fulfilled (made ready for despatch) within 1-2 business days after receipt of your order.

Due to the nature of our business, it may happen that the entire stock of an item has been sold (through our retail outlet) and has not yet been marked/removed from the website. In this case, we will email you to advise accordingly. Our website is however updated regularly.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. On-line payment is in real time, which means that payment is debited to your credit card account as soon as you submit your total order. Credit card details are not sent to us. If your credit provider declines payment your order cannot be processed.  All prices are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars).

All items purchased from be-educated.com.au are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you place orders on our website, information including your credit card number and contact information is of necessity collected. This information is used solely to record and fulfil your order. Credit card details are not stored on this website. Transactions are processed by a payment gateway authorised by the four major Australian banks.

Postal & Shipping Information

Orders will normally be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Australia Post or Courier Services delivers all parcels. (we reserve the right to nominate the courier service for delivery). All charges are the current Australia Post charges at the time, and are subject to change without prior notice.

Please ensure you use the “Delivery Instructions” at the Check-out.

Be-educated.com.au cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the goods whilst in transport. Legally we have fulfilled our merchant duty by being able to present to the bank a consignment note showing the despatch of the goods!

This means if your parcel gets lost in the mail/transit and we have proof of having it despatched, the merchant bank cannot reverse your card payment on dispute (this is in accordance to terms and conditions of Visa/MasterCard/American Express and Diners Club.)

Refund Policy

Be Educated.com.au offers 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will give you your money back.(Goods must be in "as new" condition).  Be -educated.com.au reserves the right to refuse giving a full refund if the goods are not returned in a good condition.
